Customer Support RepresentativeCustomer Support Representative needed to support sales efforts to customers in the South Bay area. Applicant should have 2 years experience in the printing industry in customer support, sales, or a position requiring frequent customer contact. Must have excellent communication skills, work well in a fast paced environment, be computer literate, a fast learner, and able to multi task.Qualified person will work in a team model, provide quotes, enter orders, work with subcontractors, production departments, etc. Experience working in the print on demand industry preferred. Knowledge of DocuTech and other Print on Demand systems a plus. Please note that this position is within our Santa Clara, California office.
